Dosage and use
Take one capsule once (or twice) a day, after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

With normal use, no side effects. Do not exceed recommended maximum daily dose.

Do not take any further in case of unfavorable reactions.

Do not use during pregnancy, lactation and 2 days before surgery.

Resveratrol should be used with caution in conjunction with radiotherapy, antibiotics and blood thinning medications.

Not suitable for children under 4 years old.

Ingredients
Trans-resveratrol extract (from Japanese knotweed, 200mg), red wine extract (vitis vinefera) (fruit) (standard up to 30% polyphenols), micro-crystaline cellulose, vegetable capsule, vegetable magnesium stearate and silica.

Each capsule contains 200mg of trans-resveratrol and 25mg of Vitis vinifera. (standard up to 30% polyphenols)
