Jiaogulan has a soft taste and a broad, powerful effect. A special feature of jiaogulan is to reduce all kinds of stress. And it helps to bring strong changes back into balance again.

Dosage and use:
To be used as tea. The advice is to drink one liter per day. Only a few leaves are needed for a pot of tea. The dose can also be two teaspoons of dried leaves per one liter of water. Allow to stand (brew) for ten minutes (covered). The tea has a soft, slightly sweet taste. If the tea tastes bitter then it is set too strong.
Do not use with blood thinners (eg:aspirin) and during pregnancy.
Composition and origin:
The Latin name of Jiaogulan is Gynostemma pentaphyllum. The tea is hand-picked in the nature reserves of the Chinese province of Hunan. Only young leaves have been picked and these have been dried and processed in such a way that they damage as little as possible. The quality is therefore as it should be. Certified organic: DE-ÖKO-007.
According to European law, Jiaogulan is a so-called novelty food. However, sales as a means of decoration are permitted.
