Artemisia annua tincture, dried leaf, powder and hydrolate.
The Latin name is: Artemisia annua. The English name is Common Wormwood or Absinth. It is a strong and pleasant-smelling annual plant with bright green fine leaves and inconspicuous small greenish yellow flowers. The tincture is from fresh plants, which are grown organically in the Netherlands. The dried Artemisia comes from a small-scale biodynamic herb cultivation in sunny Crete or from organic cultivation in Austria. The organic certified powder and hydrolate also comes from Austria.
The Teaselshop doesn't sell Artemisia annua as a nutrient, food supplement or herbal preparation. Artemisia annua is a NOVEL FOOD. This means that in the EU it's no longer allowed to sell Artemisia annua for internal use. At the moment, it is permitted to sell Artemisia annua as an aroma or as an external tickaway aromatic substance.
Artemisia annua can also be applied for external use, to treat tick bites and also as a remedy to improve the condition of the soil. For these purposes we offer you the Artemisia annua.
