Enula is composed of the tinctures of two plants: Inula Helenium and Ipomoea purga. In Dutch, these two herbs are called Greek Alant and Purperwinde. Both plants are beneficial in many areas such as supporting the immune system, the respiratory tract, the metabolism and the joint function.
