Payment,shipping and return conditions.
When you have selected your products and you are about to complete your order you can indicate how you want to pay:
- pay online with Ideal, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard of Meastro
- in advance by bank transfer
- or at pick-up (cash or pin)
Customers from Belgium can pay online with Bancontact/ Mister Cash. From Germany this can be done via Sofortüberweisung.
All prices in the webshop include VAT.
Treatment providers and resellers receive a VAT invoice. Contact us for the conditions.
Shipping in the Netherlands
If you order on working days (Mon t/m Sat) before 4 pm, you order will be delivered next working day ( by Post NL).
Products that not fit in the mailbox will be send as a package. Schipping casts € 5.75.
For orders over € 200 no schipping costs are charged.
If your order can be delivered by mailbox, it wil be send as a letter. Schipping costs € 3.48
Schipping to Belgium, France and Germany
Schipping a package to Belgium and Germany costs € 7.60 and to France
Schipping costs for a letter to Belgium and Germany € 4.40
For orders over € 200.00 no schopping costs are charged.
Delivery outside the Netherlands usually takes two to three days.

How long is the period to change one's mind?
We use the "Thuiswinkel" guideline of 14 days. This means that you can return your order up to 14 days after acceptance without giving reasons. In all cases of a return shipment, we assume that the product is unopened, unused and undamaged.
What do I have to do to cancel my order?
If you want to return one or more products, follow the steps below, which means we process the return as soon as possible:
1. Send us an e-mail or call us to let you know you want to cancel a (part of your) order. Please include your order number.
2. After contacting our customer service you can return your order to our return address, this will be reported to you by telephone or by e-mail. The costs for return are with PostNL plusminus € 6.95. These costs are for your own account.
3. Within 10 days, after receiving your return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back to your account.
I have received a wrong product, what now?
If the products received do not match the products ordered by you, that is of course very annoying. We would like to hear that within 14 days of receiving your order so we can resolve this quickly. Send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us via 0630412429 and mention the order number. You will receive a shipping label from us to which you can return the wrongly delivered product for free and you will of course receive the right product (without shipping costs).
I ordered a wrong product, what now?
We will solve this as soon as possible for you! Please contact us first. Then at your expense you return the wrongly ordered product, after which we will send you the right product for free. In the event of a price difference, this is still calculated or returned to you.
I received a damaged order, what now?
That is annoying, we do everything to package the orders as well as possible. If it is the case that the order is damaged, we would like to hear from you.
Do the products fall under a guarantee?
All products offered for sale in our webshop are covered by the legal guarantee. So a product has to do what you, as a customer, can reasonably expect from it.
