Sida acuta tincture
The Latin name is 'Sida acuta'. Sida acuta is native to Central America and the northern part of Australia and belongs to the mallow family. 'Sida' is derived from 'Sid' from Latin which means 'star' and refers to the shape of the flower. 'Acuta' comes from 'acutus' which means 'sharp-pointed'. The Sida acuta is a flowering plant from the Mallow family and is a very good adaptogen.
